Introducing a new rock product!!

We are proud to introduce a new rock product to Reef Central and there guests. It's called Worm Rock. Worm Rock is the result of worms building calcium based tubes. These rocks are thought to be thousands of years old and they are mined from subterranean deposits.

The purpose of rock, as most understand, is to expand surface area for nitrification for bacteria. The Worm Rock by far has the most surface area, sold on the market today. Our Reef Rock and Worm Rock is porous and thus increases the surface area available for bacteria colonization. Also space for corals and other life to attach. Using our Reef Rock and Worm Rock allows you to build a reef without the introduction of parasites, algae and other unwanted species in your aquarium.

The most important contribution to the natural aquarium is the expanded number of bacteria sites. Worm Rock has a tremendous amount more surface area than traditional reef rock and has many times more holes and crevasses. In addition to superior biology advantages. They work good in combination in your tank. That will allow you to build a reef tank that will be easier up keep. Worm Rock ships separate from our Reef Rock, the two can not be shipped in the same box.

We are not yet added it to the store page. To order at this time just E-mail us at [email protected] or from our contact us page on our website.
