WCC BGM blowing up!!!
I bought a WWC BGM from Rick and Terry about 3 or 4 months ago. We got it with 2 or 3 eyes and I put it in my brothers tank till my tank was up and running and I was comfortable with putting that frag in my tank. While in my brothers tank two new eyes popped up so I was pretty stoked. I brought the frag back to my tank about a month ago to see how it would do. Well late last week I saw that there were a bunch of red "areas" starting to form. Sure enough, it looks like 9 new eyes are forming. I am amazed at how well things are doing in my tank right now. The only thing I am doing differently than my bro was doing in his tank is that I have been feeding it the Fauna Marin LPS pellets. Wow what a difference feed makes.
![]() Along the top of the frag you will see a bunch of new red "areas" that are really starting to take shape quickly.

One of my favorite chalices for sure, great colors.
The LE corals are crazy, this coral was $300 an eye not that long ago. I see them for $30 an eye now.

I read on one forum that someone saw it for $500 an eye recently. I need it to be MUCH cheaper than that before I could by it.
![]() I was pretty excited when I got this BGM and just recently I bought a beautiful pilty purple watermelon chalice and I cannot wait to see it grow out. The colors are incredible. |

Great job growing it man, I dont care what everyone else says if its going fast its not just cause its a fast grower, it is because you are doing right by the coral. Keep it up! I can't wait to see the tank in another 6 months or so when your stuff has all taken off!

For a long time I couldn't keep chalices, not sure if I can now but I'm going to try.

Thanks for all the comments. It seems like everything is doing pretty well. There are actually two more eyes starting to pop up.
One of the acans that I bought at the farmer's market has 5 new heads growing so I am pretty stoked about it also. Hopefully over time some of these will really start to fill out and look great.
