Feeding

Ok guys, i know this sounds like a stupid question but i am going to ask anyway. What do you guys feed your coral/fish? I feed flake and brine shrimp. The reason I ask is, my anemones have bleached out and i have no idea why. Is there something else that i can feed them to help with their color?

Thank you for any info!!!

What kind of light do you have? That could be a problem. When I used to keep nems I got frozen sea scallops from the grocery store and would cut them into little pieces and give it to the nem.

I have three 250 watt MH, but I have put some light diff material above the nems to see if maybe the light is to intense.
