The lamp does take a little time to get used to
I am not a comp wiz
at first i thought par table was broken
statred my first time 9 to 21
what a mistake that was
between Yorgos and pac sun r&d we figured it out
takes a little time
enjoy your lamp

Yes the pandora adds 4 t5's to the fixture which makes it a perfect fixture for wider tanks.

from the results i am seeing i would say the 3 module unit would be perfect for your tank... my tank is 30 inches front to back and the leds are covering it fine with no T5

yes, the 3 x 150 is good for your tank.

Great tank, Larry!!! It really showcases the Hyperions. I think your tank is the new poster tank for the Metis Hyperion.

You need to share your color settings with us.

Hey larryfl1, very nice tank! I just ordered two Hyperions for my tank I am having built (84"x24"x24"). I was wondering the dimensions of your thank however to get an idea as to the light coverage for the area.

Thanks.

Wow...nice tank Larry! Is that a Gigantea on the left side of your tank?

My lamp will be here tomorrow. I love the fact that FedEx is ahead of schedule and will deliver it a day early. Looking forward to playing with the light settings.

Larry, after looking at your tank, I immediately emailed the tank builder to increase the size of my tank, but the glass had just been cut... Hopefully I will be happy w/ the size of mine. After looking at yours though (with the same lights I will have), I definitely have something to aspire to.

Thanks for the great pics and the info on the lights. Good to see some actual feedback on them.

thanks everyone...

i have to say its only been about 5 days but my corals have never looked this good....

visually its stunning with the color blend....

polyps are fully extended

lps are just spread out and having a field day...frogspawn, scan, brain, meat corals...

I used the other lights with lenses for over a year and now i know the corals weren't that happy..except for some sps that grew well...

very very happy...

Larry

how about the coloration of the fish? I know a few guys that use the ai's and their biggest complaint is that their fish looked washed out. some added fiji t5's to their lighting and did see some improvement but still not all that great.
