Need Help - Apex Display Problem

Hi Neptune,

Could use some help with this problem? As you can see, the screen is scrambled. When I try to select the outlets to program, I can't even enter the individual outlet settings screen.

I've tried unplugging the unit and rebooting it, but the scrambled screen doesn't go away. The date/time gets reset, but that's it.

As you can see, trying to program via computer is also not possible.

Is there a fix or do I have to send for warranty? Hopefully there's a fix...

Try reloading the firmware along with the webpages that may help. The firmware package is on Neptune's website

Thanks for trying to help Mark. Updated the firmware to 4.11. The hardware and web update went flawlessly. Still the same problem.

Any other ideas?

Looks like a corrupted configuration.

Using the web pages, go to Configuration->Misc Setup. Under Initialize Memory, choose Initialize All. Then click Update Misc Settings. This will wipe the Apex clean and restore it to factory defaults.

Hopefully, you have a good configuration backup you can then restore.

RussM - good idea. It did wipe everything out but solved the problem.

Thanks so much.
