Differences between Hanna and Milwaukee digital refractometer?

Like the title says. To me they look the same but which one is better? better quality, build etc. Any help would be appreciated.

I have the milwakee and love it! It's so much easier then the refractometer . Not sure what one is better.. I went with milwakee cause it was alot cheaper..
