I wonder if they've seen a dropoff in business since they discontinued their everyday RC discount code (5% off) and couple times a year 10% off code.
I know that I haven't placed an order with them since they discontinued the discount codes. Simply better deals to be had elsewhere. |

Just called them and first time I got voice mail. Called back in 10 minutes and got to a person. Very friendly and answered my questions.
