What advice are you specifically asking for?

I pushed a lot of water up two 3/4" returns on my 150 gl with a dart pump. It was a single 1" output, divided into two 3/4" returns. My manifold also ran a tlf 150 carbon reactor, tlf 550 bio reactor and had a w/c output as well.
Only problem I had was I couldn't "pump" as much as I wanted to since the water level fell too low to run the pump. Work around was to only do 20gal water changes instead of the 25 gal I initially wanted to do.

Your setup is setup close to the way i have mine. The only problem I run into is the ball valves of time and be a PITA to close. Also why the two unions on the pipe going to the tank? I would keep the one close to the tank and get rid of the other one by the T. What pump are you using? I am using a Dart and learned very quickly that I needed to cushion the pump so the vibration from the pump didn't echo through the stand. what are you using in your sump, are you going straight in or using a 90 inside? if you have room I would use a 2" 90 that way the pump pulls from the bottom, this will reduce bubbles if any and if you use your main pump to help with water changes you can get almost all the water out of your sump if needed.

My two cents.

I will be running a snapper. I do plan on having a 90 in the sump to get the water off the bottom. That's how it is setup now but with 2 smaller pummps.

Do you have a ball valve or better yet, gate valve to limit the output of the returns? Is think if you didn't, you wouldn't have that much pressure to run your other reactors correctly.
