I'm looking for a filter sock or two, as well as suggestions or material on what to use to cover my tank, gonna be getting some wrasse.
I use LED's about 8" above the tank what should i use to cover? I don't want to cast shadows from material.

BRS 1/4" clear mesh for the cover. They sell a kit and you can build your own - very easy, and looks great. I put one on my 24 x 24 and love it - it was around 35 bucks total.

I also made my own top screens and bought from BRS. Found out afterwards that everything from them can be bought locally at Homedepo/Lowes.

Keeps your filters feet warm....
![]() Sorry just kidding! They are used on the drain side, water drains into the sock that is in the sump, most likely hanging on the inside of the sump. They come in different micron sizes and catch a lot of junk in the water.
