Maxspect Mazarra P overheating !!!

i just installed mine yesterday , they are installed in a canopy . One of my modules is flashing HOT temp at 141 f . found the cooling fan is not coming on but hot to the touch . i believe the fan is faulty . im going to let it cool down and plug it into the other module to see if the fan is bad or the module is supplying too much power to it .

This happened to me... Open the module and look for the temperature cable that plugs to the main plate. If it is not pluged, the plug it. It was an easy fix. That cable apparently connectes the temperature reader to the fan and it only was not connected in one of my units with the same problem.

You can also exchange the fans between units, if the fan does not work on the second unit, then the fan is your problem. If the other fan now does not work on the original module, I can assure you that is that disconected cable or another problem with the module.

Hope this works.
