May 2012 S.T.A.R.S Meeting ...............

For a Meeting this month, i can arrange it but still want to hear suggestions on a day most people will be in town or not working and go from there. It will most likely be at one of the stores on the west or east side of el paso. But again open to ideas.

we will also be doing a Frag AUCTION so bring your frags and some dollar bills to have some fun with this.

I can't speak for others. But I usually want to go home after working all day. Especially on Monday's. Not to mention cold beverages are best left for the weekend.

we have another position member off the 19th, i would really want these guys to be able to go. And i checked there doesnt seem to be any ufc or boxing to try and make the meeting later. Plus most likely will be at a store so doubt we can do it late.

What i told rpjaws before the last meeting, that it could be 5 people it can be 20 people. You almost dont know till the day of. If you cant make it you cant make it. No worries and hopefully see you at the next one. But if we have half the fun we had at the last meeting it should be a great time for anyone who does go. And my goal is to build a little something more from each one.

K well the 19th seems to be the best still for most, its usually BYOB and food depends on the host or if people want to bring some snacks. The time we have been doing lately is around 2pm.

I think it would be good for the club to hold most of the meetings at different stores that we have not done in a while. I will let them know to have things for sale and if they want to stock up. Im not asking them for anything in return as we should just build relationships for now. As a club we shouldnt have just one store we are associated with. no matter the circumstances, as each individual will have different favorites and opinion of LFS anyways.

So plan on it for 19th at 2pm for now and i will confirm a place soon.
