Maxi garden + fish?

Anyone have any luck with having a clown in a maxi garden? Not to host, but I don't want the clown to become a meal. Or should I just stick to sexy shrimp and the like? Will sexy shrimps, nem crabs, cleaner shrimp coexist peacefully?

I've kept Clowns and maxis together for years...no issue. Obviously the maxis dont host clowns.

All depends how dense your garden is. I had one in my 10 gallon with fish with no problem. But in my 5.5 maxi garden with 15 of them leaving no safe ground, I wouldnt out anything but my sexy shrimp and anemone crab.
