Apex light ..blinks?

I currently have a small compact fluorescent bulb for my QT tank plugged into my energy bar and programmed under "light" setting. It has an on and off time, fallback set to off. I noticed when the light is off, every 30 seconds or so it emits a small blink, at maybe 5% power. This goes on continuously while the light is off. Has anyone experienced this type of thing or know whats going on??

What EB8 outlet is it plugged into?

Try using outlet 4 or 8.

It's plugged into outlet #5. Unfortunately I have lower wattage devices using 4 and 8 so I need the solid state switches. Could it be something in the programming that causes the quick flash?
