swollen white anus?

I hope you guys can help. Today I noticed that my emperor angels anus is swollen and white. It was perfectly fine yesterday. He was in qt for 3 weeks and was treated with prazipro twice. and has been in my DT for 3 weeks now. other then that, he has been doing great and eating really aggressively. Any thoughts? It a bulge with the center of it white and a little white nipple sticking out.
here is a video.
thanks.

It can be caused by cestodes, trematode, or other worm. Try Praziquantil (50mg/kg oral dose * 1) and if no improvement you could try levamisole or febendazole

You could try bath treatment. For internal disease - I would recommend oral though. You would need praziquantil powder - either put in feed or through a feeding tube.

You could also give it an intramuscular shot of dexamethasone 0.5 mg/kg - that alone could reduce the inflammation and possilby solve the problem. It won't kill worms if that is the cause but will help with the symptoms.

The meds can be acquired from a vetrinary pharmacy or a vet. If you have trouble finding a source, PM me.
