has anyone tried an "Ultimate Venturi" for sicce psk 600 and 1000 skimmer pumps?

saw this while looking for venturi replacements and thought it was interesting.

wonder if anyone has any hands on with one of these?

Also wonder if they are not as prone to clogging over time as most others.

Tivo

That's an odd design with the air intake dead center and 4 small holes for water intake. It's only a $25 risk, but I'd rather spend that money on a frag and let someone else be the guinea pig.

it could possibly be better, injecting air in the middle and closer to the impeller, but I cant see the other side of the venturi to tell...
odd that they wouldn't post the comparative air draw numbers of theirs if its sooo much better.

Agreed, knowing the difference in air/water flow would be nice. Anyone have a Dwyer and $25?
