Id what is this?

It's pink and growing in very low light in my sump.

Is it some type of disfigured coral due to living in low light?

Yes pink sponge. it will overgrow just about anything. I know this for a fact. LOL

Great in a sump, but not in my DT.

Ditto on the sponge! The holes along the body where it attaches to the rock are a giveaway

Yep, that particular species of sponge is pretty invasive.
