Well, I had two t-max's come in and they were both dead. I spoke with them and he is sending me a new clam free, on the house, and crediting me back for the two clams that died. We're going to trying heat packs and a larger bag of water for the clam. He's trying a couple different things to ship, and I guess I'm his ginneau (sp) pig. This one will be here tomorrow. Part of the problem is the temp difference between FL and OR. I hate it when a creature dies. I hope we can get this worked out for him, as he gets some seriously nice clams in.

That sounds like some great customer service, hopefully your new clam comes in healthy.
