Zoas look sick?

I ordered these zoas off of the Internet a about a week ago and they haven't opened up more the half way, if tht much. They are supposed to be fire and ice but they just look drab in color and definitely not like the pic shows. Not sure if there's something wrong with them or they're just taking their time to acclimate and get color back. Here is what the mother colony looks like...

And this is what my couple little frags look like...

I would avoid saying they arent the same type of zoa until they open up.

Also the fact that they arent opening up in a week is a problem. Perhaps to much flow, to little lighting, high N, high P would need to know more about tank to say what should change. (Also temp)

All my other zoas are doing great and has new polyps about every week or so. Nitrates are around 10, I'm using 4x54w t5 ho. Water temp is 79. PH is 8.2. Not sure about phosphate, I need to get a test kit.

Looking better they just need some time sometimes zoas take some time to open up

Looks like a fresh frag also so that might be the reason

Yea, I kind of thought so too. I asked how long it's been sense it was fragged, he said 2 weeks.
