Thank Your for Making a Good Product
I just took my 6100s down for their 48 month cleaning (or so). The coraline gets so thick that they will not flow very well. I got to wondering how old they were, but I cannot remember, but it seems like 10+ years. In any case, thanks for doing a good job. I have had no problems with the pair or controller.
It has the pucks still. |

Thanks, that model pump was made from 2002-2007, they were brown from 2002-2005. If it is black it is 2005-2007. On the back is 3 digits stamped in the plastic which is series, quarter and year, so for example 237 is the second series of fall 2007. Do keep in mind that while these were all hand soldered so generally very robust, the capacitors that run them tend to have a life span of 7-8 years, so they are likely nearing end of life.
