My new lil nano

So I had been out of the hobby for a bit.

Ive had all types of reef tanks including 180, 25, 34, 75 and now this 25G Lagon tank.

I wanted an AIO and something simple which I could get some nice corals and let them do their thing

Here is a pic of the tank approx 5 weeks after set up.

Got a few more frags on the way and I am going to add a cleaner shrimp and some kind of bottom dwelling fish and maybe a small star fish.

I am running the AI Prime HD unit which is awesome!! Took me a few to get the desired lighting pattern set up but I love how you can program it through your phone or at home computer. It is so minimlaistic looking and bright!

I also have the ghost protein skimmer which works great and the Aqua Smart top off set up with an acrylic water container in the bottom of my stand.

My goal was to have a super clean and minimal equipment tank and it seems to be what I in visioned so far

Right now I do not have a firm schedule but I have been changing about 2.5 gallons of water every 2-3 days at the moment.

I will back it off to about a single 4 gallon water change ever 2 weeks once tank is not so new.

I have some carbon in one of the side chambers and just the filter socks on and it seems to run pretty good so far

Looks great, I'm getting a Lagoon 25 started now too and was thinking about the prime.. are you running a single? If so how far above the water? I was worried about spread, but your tank seems to have good coverage.

Also are you running a media rack or reactor for your carbon?

Only running 1 Prime and that is plenty I couldnt imagine needing anything more.

For the carbon I have 1 side using the stock filter sock and the other side I bought the media tray and have filter media in the top chamber and then carbon in the second chamber.

Works great so far
