Customer Service
Customer support sucks. It will take three days or more to talk to a live person about your trouble. They create a tank support system to all these things but can't back it with a proper customer support system. Having been in the reef game for 30 years and going to electronic monitoring in the last 5 five years, I am seriously thinking about pulling Apex of my tank and going back to old school.
New comers to the reef game should think twice about going in this route. |

Newcomers to the reef game should learn how to run a tank without automation. Really... it's just a matter of time before any automated solution doesn't do what it's supposed to do, and you need to know how to run a tank first and foremost. Regardless of the route, be prepared.
With that said, is there anything you need help with? Or just here to gripe? |

With long days at work, I would like to be able to know how my tank is doing. I finally rebooted the system as if I was setting it up for the first time. What a pain in the butt. Thanks for offer of assistance with the Neptune.
