Hello and good day!
Recently my local pet shop had stopped selling frozen fish food (Sally's/SFBB)
and have left me in a bit of a loss for feeding my fish. I hate feeding my inhabitants flake - like eating junk food - even though some "flake" food says it has good stuff in it, I am concerned about my fish turning into "junk food junkies!" as flake food can also increase the risk of lateral line disease.
Just wondering if anyone has a "home made healthy recipe" they can share with me to avoid the reality of having to feed flakes.
