2 skunk cleaner cleaners in a 20g?

Hey everyone, I have 2 clowns in an innovative marine 20 (actually just 16 gallons for the display). I'd love to get 2 smaller skunk cleaners, as I hear they are more out and about when in a pair.

Is my tank big enough for this, however?

FWIW I had one adult cleaner shrimp in my 20 gallon tank before and it was an absolute terror. Just walking all over everything, stealing food etc. It was basically just more trouble than it was worth. I couldn't imagine having two of these things in there. No thanks.
