Is this an anenome?
Just wondering what this thing is. Finally put a light on after a month of cycling, within 4 hrs this thing came outta nowhere on a piece of LR. Been moving around and growing over the last 24 hrs. Wondering if anyone knows what it is, is it good or bad? Thanks for any info/tips. Newbie here, first sw reef tank.
Info rodi water, live rock, live sand, been 30 days, decided since my new lights come today i would throw a couple two-striped damselfish in yesterday to see how things go. once acclimated I put them in, put my normal tank light up for them (my led's come today). within 4 hrs this thing came out of nowhere and has been roaming all over the rock. Started out pretty much looking like a ball of slime, started turning kinda white, now today its more pink than anything. |

I can't say I'm definitely right but it does look like an unhealthy anemone. Bta? Not sure though...

We'll need clearer images, these are too blurry to make an ID.
