TSC stock tank bulkhead leaks

Having trouble with the bulkhead on the TSC stock tank.any suggestions?

If it's anything like the rubbermaid one I replace them with a regular bulkhead.

You enlarge the hole a little bit for that. I made a guide that clamps in place and use a hole saw.

I'd have to measure to be sure but I think I used a 2" bulkhead for that. Needed to make a slight flat spot on one edge of the flange to make it fit.

I'll see if I can find a picture.
