24" Reefbrite XHO or Tech
If i wanted to add a 24" Blue Reefbrite to my ATI four bulb T5 fixture over my standard 29gal tank, should I go with one XHO, two Tech's or one Tech?
I basically want to use this for morning and evening viewing without the T5 bulbs on. I figure with the T5's on I wouldn't be able to see the LED's anyway. Not sure how much brighter the XHO is than the Tech. Opinions?

The single XHO would be fine. Trust me, you'll see the color change from the LEDs. The xho has 12 LED's per ft. and the tech has 6. each fixture outputs 3 watts per led (according to their data sheet)

I added a truelumen LED bar to my RSM 250 for this reason -- way cheaper. Didn't need the PAR, just wanted the ability to have actinic blue in the AM/PM. Works great.
