mls228ís SCA 150g Build Thread

More stand progress. Lots of screws and glue. The wet looking parts are just from the glue cleanup.

is it going to be completely enclosed or are you going to saw an opening at the back for air circulation?

I bought it from Craigslist for $200 after considering an Emerald Trigger sump. I liked the bigger size and design and clean look. Itís rumored to be a Simply Nano LLC sump from a Burlington NJ business but Iím not sure. Itís professionally made and Iím happy with it.

did you use any kind of edging on the plywood edges or did you just stained the edges?

I used iron on edge banding then trimmed with a router but a razor blade would trim well too. Worked great.
