I have been looking at various online places for weeks to see if any has a stream 6200 and the magnets for it. Has never seen a single place say they have it in stock. Is it that you guys are low and this is unusual or is it that you have to wait for weeks for them? Special order or something like that?
Thanks.

No, the 6200 is definitely in stock, I have at least 30 of them here and I am pretty sure all the dealers who want them have them too. Now, the magnets are an issue. When production began in August we had over a 1000 on backorder, we thought we would sell 2500 by March and only ordered enough materials for that many and all have been sold already. 3 factories make neodymium magnets and they are only in Russia and China so being resupplied takes some time. I expect to get more magnet holders in 2-3 weeks but I am still catching up on backorders.

Hey Roger,
I just called PA and they don't have any 6200's. I may shop around but before I do I have a few quick questions, sorry for the hijack dgasmd. I have read that you recommend the 6100's over the 6200's for many tanks including 180's (72L x 24W x 24H). May I ask why that is? Is it 'bad' to have a 6200 in an 180. And lastly, any updates on when the 6100's will be coming in if it is preferred to have them over the 6200's in an 180? Thanks, Sean

And an additional question.
![]() Is there a multicontroller that can handle both a 6200 and a 6100? On the same controller. Thanks, Sean

I sent PA some 6200's on Wednesday, they likely are just getting them. They should have also recieved 6100's and I have more coming next week on the 6100, I have 6200's here if anyone is out. I would get the 6100 for a 180. The 6200 is a wider flow version 30" column. The controllers can run all pumps in any combination, you can evn mix them with the 7400/2 etc and the 2002/4002 with the correct adapter.
