broken test kit tip in order #79487

Good morning, i ordered a Ca and Kh salifert test kit and the tip in the Ca kit is broken.

. Can the Kh tip be used for the time being, and how would i get a replacement tip?
The Tip can be mailed to my billing address, as it would be easier to receive toward the end of the week.

I am Very pleased with my 2 purchases in just a couple weeks. The lights are working out great and the kits arrived with the 2 part just as planned. 2 day ground is sweet, and you guys down there are excellent to deal with. I Look forward to the tip issue being resolved soon.

Hi Joel,

Sorry about the broken tip, we will ship you out a replacment 1st class mail.

You can use the KH tip if you want, it has the same opening size. If you do use it though, be sure to clean it well with purified RO or distilled water, so you don't get any chemical transfer.

WOW, big box for a tip, heh. I just returned from the races in Las Vegas and the box with my new tip was here, Thanks again for fixing this problem.

Hi Joel,

Glad it made it. Ya, our guy in charge of shipping is a little nuts. He packs pretty heavy, he is use to packing for UPS which gets a little rough.
