Removal of boring snail
I have a well-established crocea, and have recently discovered a rather large boring snail is in residence on the blind side, partially explaining why I have not previously seen it. My question is this: How do I remove it? I can't remove the clam from the tank, due to lack of forethought, he's attatched to a piece of LR weighing in at an estimated 45 pounds. Could I suffocate the snail by covering it's opening with epoxy?

I suppose, having never seen one, and being told by many reefers to watch for them, when I saw a snail on my clam I assumed......well, you know. Thanks
