Talking Tunze Rock Pictures

So here is my tiny contribution to RC. Some pics of the Tunze Stream Rock. I searched for more info on it before I bought it but didnt find any. Hopefully this will be helpful to someone... The pump I used was the 6080. The rock feels like it is made out of clay. It is pretty light.

From Tunze.com - Stream Rock (6000.250)
For Turbelle® stream 6000, 6100 and 6060, 6080, consisting of white ceramic stone suitable for fresh water and salt water. It permits a decorative integration of the circulation pump in the aquarium.

Thanks, I was wondering how to set these up in my tank. What do you think about the flow with this setup?

Flow is great. Shoot up toward the middle of the tank. The one thing to be carefull of is how you place the cabling. I placed it under rocks to hide it and now my pump stopped working, so I have to remove LR to get the pump out.

dang, wait will that thing gets covered in coraline, you wont be able to see where it is. That back picture looks makes the rock look exactly like your other rock.

There are some other pieces of LR in my tank which look exactly the same color too. Unfortunately they ended up on the other side of the tank.

It is really a cool addition for a lower level pump. It was either the rock or the Tunze magnet. I like the rock. My Perculas actually hide under the tunze rock on the front right side, as it is a cool little cave.

Have you had anyone go for a ride yet? My lawnmower Blenny decided to rest in the mouth of the rock last night while I had the controller set for feeding. When it started back up it almost blew him out of the tank....
