110g New tank need Lighting help/Info

First I would like to say thank you for all the great info I have gotten from this site.

I have a new (well new to me) 110g oceanic tank (24h x 60l x 18d)
I also have a canopy for the tank that is 12 inch high. I have read all about lights but am still lost to what I should get I was figuring about 5-6 wpg. I want to have some corals and anemones (more then shrooms), I was looking at...

2x http://www.aquadirect.com/store/cust...7&cat=0&page=2 (icecap 430)

But then I would need 6 bulbs (at least I think). And what would be the best lights to have in them.

I don’t know is 60 inch long lights would be better then dual 30's.

If you have any ideas for a complete setup please tell model numbers or links.

Thanks for al the help

I would get three of these with an XM 20k bulb they have a coupon for 10% off right now it will be way easier then messing with those VHO bulbs and will look better too

60 inch long lights would be better then dual 30's. That is 100% sure, bacause of the better efficiency

I prefer T5 bulbs.
