Percula looks sick

One of my Perculas, the submissive one, looks very lazy.

Ever since I added the two percs 2 weeks ago, he has been very timid. Not as outgoing as the other perc, but lately he just seems really withdrawn, and his life force seems t be fading.

Today he has been laying in the sand and not swimming much. He seems to also be losing scales on his head. The white band on his head seems to be getting patchey almost like a Tang with HLLE. He also open and closes his mouth a lot quicker than the other perc.

So, not swimming much, just resting in sand, hurried breathing, eroding scales and fading color.

What should I do?

i don't want to move him back into QT unless I have a treatment plan lined up that will help.

What are your thoughts?

Here is a pic

Thanks
Josh
