My Snails from snail day part III!

Well TA was a tropper for picking up my snails for me today. Thanks again tony! anyways like i have always said .."I love banded trouchus snails". as soon as i added them to the tank they started flying across the glass in a not so snail like speed! cruising along you could see them chopping away at the film algea. best part was when one fell off and landed in the sand. after a few momments he extended his foot and begain swinging it side to side making the shell shimmie around untill it could get ahold of something...this case the glass. active BUGGERS!

THANKS JALLARD! for being in charge of this one and for picking them up from "da swamp" for us.
and thanks swamp bottom! for providing us with an opportunity to make this group buy with you.
look forward to snail day part IV! LOL

Won't buy any astrea again (although the price has been good )!
Just one trochus seems to cover as much territory as 5 or so astrea.

Nice buy. Thanks Tony (for supplying)/Joe (pick-up and delivery)...you guys are the BEST!

These snails sound great. Does anyone have two to spare, one for my 2.5 gallon and one for my 5.5, that is close to downtown saratoga? Have they eaten any green hair? I have two patches I need to get rid of.

Snails are all doing well for me too, Special thanks to Mike for holding them for me! Special thanks to the club for having a group buy as well...

I'd like some more of the tiny sand burrowing ones if anyone would like to sell about 15-20 more of them...

I'd also like to thank everyone for their help putting this buy together. When we organize events like this, everyone makes out for the better. Especially when we can organize through a LFS.

Dan,
I grabbed your snails. I know we had arranged for last week, but nothing was said if you could make this weeks pickup. So anyway, they will be here munching away until you're ready to get them.
