We have received some emails asking us about our 100% guarantee policy .

All fish and corals are covered by at least a 14 day guarantee which means that if you are dissatisfied for any reason then we will refund or credit all of your money including the shipping for that specimen .

Additionally, the corals that we have personally aquacultured are guaranteed for a full 30 days.

All credits and refunds are 100% on the honor and trust system . You never have to send a dead fish or coral back or take a picture of it . Your word is all that we need and we will not question it . You have NO RISK ever.

You trust us and we trust you--it is that simple.
