well i have 2 hob filters that i think i will use just for extra flow and possibly the sponge and carbon.
i have around 20 lbs of live rock (currntly dead) that i have put in my 90 for 6 weeks . im wondering if i can just put southdown sand in the bottom of it. will it turn live from the live rock in about 3 months or so? i have a used stand and 80 watt orbit pc light comming. i will pick it up this week. well i painted it tonight . it took about 4 coats of spray paint. |

im running 440 vho actinics on the 90 with 3 x 175s mhs.
i am going to try the pcs and see what i can accomplish with 80 watts. hmm 8 watts per gallon unless you count sand and rock then 10 watts per gallon. i have seen people having corals just thrive under pcs. so? i have a small deresa that i want to transfer over from the 90. prob. have to keep him kinda high. |

well i added a skunk clown 9 dollars locally . only 5 more than a damsel. i understand that a clown fish is in the damsel family. he seems pretty active and eats so im happy. the magnet just got on my nerves. i have a hammerhead that came with my 90 used. that thing is powerful. but at 70 dollars .. i dont think so LOL. that would probably move my tank LOL. will give pic of the clown soon
