xenias meltingt

ok i have a question and would like to figure out why my question is i already have xenia's inmy tank but 2 weeks ago i bought a pretty big xenia frag about the size of a fist and golf ball and in the first week the fist size frag melted away and thenthe following week (yesterday) the smaller one melted away i dont understand why the other xenias i have our doing just fine and keep splitting but the new ones just melted away i have noticed that when i dose the tank with calc and stronium (kent) at night the following day is when i've noticed that they;re melting please hlp me figure out why your help is greatly appreciated thanx everybody

Might be due to poor acclimation. How did you acclimate them to the tank? Could also just be the xenia. I've found that they just sometimes melt for no apparent reason even with good water quality and lighting.
