small white tube worms growing all over rock

how to i get rid of white tubes? i think theyre tube worms. they starting to grow all over my rock

They are featherdusters and why would you want them gone/dead.

they ugly and dont look like any featherdusters ive seen

Maybe vermetid snails? A search should turn up some pictures and articles. If that's what they are, there's not much to do except remove them by hand.
