Lighting question

I'm looking to get some better coral growth in my tank. I've got 3 175 watt xm 20000k lights on it. I started running kalk again and everything is a lot happier, but I saw the growth in Steve Dyer's tank and I see where my tank could be. So would the best option be to change to 10000k bulbs or add some VHO's or both?

IMO I would do both.
