The MCE600 is the best hang on they have.

This skimmer is better than the Aqua C Remora Pro? Because it better be being 2 times as much money.

I vote third for deltec, I use to have the mce600 and I loved it!!
I know run the Deltec AP600 because I am getting a bigger system but it was a great hang on.

The Deltec is much better than the Aqua C Pro, but it is expensive. Without a sump your options are limited. Most companies focus on the in-sump skimmer market.

Thats some pretty gross stuff you got there. Does the collection cup have a drain fitting? This comes in handy when I go out of town.

If you look on the used equip forum, you can pick up an MCE600 for ~ $350 or so.

I also agree with the Deltec.

This is the thick skimmate I get with my Deltec MCE600:
