i noticed a small aptasia in my refugium last week, and now there are like three or four, what is the likelyhood of it getting up into my display tank, is there any benifit in leaving it in the refugium?

Yes for the Syringe, and you could also use concentrated limejuice. Both work great and rarely need a second application.

You'll be lucky if you can actually get it into them. They duck the instant you touch them. Still, the kalk, lime or vinegar will burn them to death. Be careful not to go nuts with any of it though. You don't want any collateral damage.

I used kent liquid calcium and an insuline syringe. Spot feed the tricky ones with cycloplese, this gets them nice and fat so they cant retract.

I won the battle by combining injection top the large ones and pepperment shrimp.
