battery backup powersupply

So I lost my power supply to my battery backup and when i went through my fish box i found 5 different choices. Now I don't know which one it is?

Can someone show me a picture, or describe it. Does it have a green light on the area where you plug it into the wall?

Also, if I can't find it but one of these works, what is the amount of amps that this battery backup takes?

If you look at the spec label the one for the Battery Back up is 100-240
Volt input with 12 Volt Output .5 amp. It does have a small green LED light
on it.
