I am looking for acrylic to make a 6ft long sump with four compartments. Were can I buy a sheet of acrylic locally. I have seen some @ homedepot but looking for something as thick as u would see in a universal sump any ideas.

Or is there a website that would be cheaper to order through

See if you have a Regal Plastics in your area. They have two locations here in KC and sell full 4x8 ft sheets of acrylic.

You might try contacting Farco Plastics Supply <farcoplastics.com>, I believe they sell to individuals.

Yes they do and will also cut your pieces to size for a little fee, so just give them a cut sheet with your sizes and your good to go, beats trying to get an accurate cut in your garage...

Acrylics Plus Manufacturing in Longwood sells sheets of acrylic for a great price and they will also cnc cut them for you if you can't cut it up yourself.

I just got back from Acme Supply in Sanford and they had 4 x 4 sheets in various colors and thickness, I didn't price it out but Im sure it's a lot cheaper than buying from a Plastic Company. If you walk in the warehouse go straight to the back walls, the sheets are on the left and misc pieces are on the other side of the bay doors.
