review needed- little giant mdqx-sc

i cant find any decent reviews of these pumps. are they good? anything to watch out for with them? i know they are quiet, but are they reliable? do they need excessive maintenance? how long can i expect one to last? it will be a return pump for my 180g. pump will be in basement, roughly 12 feet below the outputs.

I have had my little giant pump for four years now. Make sure to oil it once in a while and will be good to go.

hawkfish, how do you have your system plumbed? through basement? under cabinet?
