Firmware update inaccessible??

Hello folks,

I'm trying to DL the latest APEX firmware and I can't access it from the Neptune site. Here's the directions I'm following from a previous post:

Go to www.neptunesys.com -> Support -> Downloads. Download the proper updater... the one that does not say it's for Mac is the one for Windows. Read the firmware update instructions PDF.

When I click on the "Support" menu item I get the following message:

You are not authorised to view this resource.
You need to login.

No login link. Even when I do login I still get the authorized message. (it's authorized, with a 'z', btw ;p ). Anyone have a link directly to the latest firmware package, please? Thanks!

I just tried and downloaded both Apex firmware packages without any issues. They just put up the new web site on Friday - there might be some fine tuning needed. Try this: http://new.neptunesystems.com/support/sw-updates/
