Aquatic Life 48" 48w LED fixture

So convinced it was a happy medium between the $1000 Maxspect Razer and just sticking with my old Coral Life PC 4x64w light and replacing all the bulbs. It sure does not look bright though in the tank, almost seems like moon lighting only a little brighter. I also went and read the technical specs from the company that makes it and it shows even at 1" its only about 250 PAR and by 18" (sand bed distance) its zero. Is this really enough to grow LPS and some softies? I have no need for SPS but I am just at the stage where I am starting to add my frags and I want to ensure my lighting system is sufficient. But the next step up is like I said $1000 (at least according to the LFS) so I am not gonna take that leap unless I really need to. Any thoughts? Anyone with practical knowledge of this lamp? I did search for it but couldn't find this specific info. Thanks if anyone can help.

Never mind. Took it back and bought a R420r. Much better.
