Radion G4 xr30Pro vs Kessil AP700???

I have an SC Aquarium 80 gallon 24"X24"X32" and am in the market for led lighting. I like the form factor of both of these lights just trying to get a feel for which is better overall. Would like the ability to grow SPS and clams without issue. Thanks!!!!:lolspin::fish1:

The AP700 is pretty big physically. I think it is 20" long. There will a lot of light spillage out the sides even if you hang it really low.

The ap700 lights are 12" apart in the fixture. I wouldn't say you will get a lot of spillage. Maybe a little. I have never used radions but I am very happy with my ap700's now that they have gotten most of the bugs out of their software. I wanted less playing with and more shimmer.

Thanks, I was a little concerned that a lot of the light would spill out, hence why I am considering Radion. I just don't know if the xr30 will cover all 32".

Oh, it's 32" long? You listed 24"/24"/32". That usually means 24 long,24 deep, 32 high. Thought it was a tall cube!

32" long would be just fine for the AP700. Running it on my 40b which is 36" long.

The light mounted at 7" covers a 36" long area well. If mounted at 5" I'm positive there will not be any light spill over whatsoever
