IMHO, time and patience are what are necessary. It looks like the head still has flesh and the others look good, so let nature take its course. If the head deteriorates, you can always frag it off.
The bright green you are seeing is the color of the polyp's oral disk. Zooxanthellae are usually a brown color and live throughout the coral's tissue, not just the oral disk.
