I've purchased the
chinese LED
Lightimetunnel lights a while ago, they have a pretty solid build and are almost 100% silent.
Although, I am not sure how should I configure the light's intensity. It has two dimmers that range from 0-100% as follows:
Channel 1 (28 LEDs): Cool white, warm white, red 660nm, green 520nm
Channel 2 (27 LEDs): Blue 460nm, purple 410nm, royal blue 450nm
Having that said, here are the specs of these lights:
