A bearded bristle worm is a mean fella to mess with. Did they look like slimmy tentecles or tinny white needles sticking out of your arm? It happens to me a lot and all I can do wash it off and the pain goes away after an hour. But worse part is when they sting my hands and they swell up. Last time I couldn't even make a fist because my hand was so badly swollen. Hope you're not allergic and that you recover.
